Well you should show the old set you borrowed to copy and your nice new set you made and then give the old set back to Brendon like you do when you lend something so that he can lend them to other club members to copy.
He said you could borrow them to copy, if you still have them say so as anything else is just being a smart ass.
Nobody wants to dislike anybody on this site but at the moment your making yourself disliked with dumb comments and this thing with the headers that everyone knows about.
You also have some very good information and are helpful so its up to you?
Do you want to be part of the club in forum and in person or don't you?
A bit of humble pie would make it easy, just say yea I couldn't pull a mk2 dash in 15mins, and yea I did get lazy and just welded Brendons hori headers up and fitted them, Ill give you them back if its a big deal or ill make sure I sort you out somehow?
 How bout that?

It can take upto 2weeks for it to settle, ive got a 40mm in mine and the tires sit just below the top of the wheel arch

Michael, i would suggest you do good by Brendon, it will not do you any good getting offside
Skill is, sucessfully tightrope walking across the Niagra Falls.
Intelligence is, having the sense not to do it.

The springs will settle after 200k's.
If you go too low it will drive terribly and you will be replacing shocks every 3 months

I have the same springs in my 16v, It appears lower as the wheels are 16"
If you run some 15" would be ideal ride and height.
