Now that I have the Mini as a daily driver, I find driving the RS2 to be a more special on the weekends.
Ive been thinking about classic car insurance with limited kms etc. Any recommendations?

Swann I think is what I use.

Can have an agreed value, secondary vehicle and also most importantly salvage rights if it has an accident.

I have Golf and Vento insured through them and it's quite cost effective plus they don't go "that's not a classic car because it's not a Mustang or American" like AMI Classic car insurance.

Thanks Rob. I had asked AMI who Im with at the moment, the said they do classic car insurance, but when I told them what the car was that I had to prove to them that its a classic . . . I thought to myself, how about googling Audi RS2 and seeing its not a run of the mill Audi 80.

Right its time to give the RS2 a bit of a birthday. This will include cambelt/water pump etc. Im also wanting to replace the heat matrix (not leaking but not blowing hot) which I think the RHD part number is: 894819031A
I also want to get my heater fan speeds working again, at the moment only the fastest speed works on the fan. Any ideas what needs to be replaced here?

Do they have a resistor pack on heater fan?

Pretty sure the resistors are what slows the fan down, therefore if full speed going and nothing else is, probably resistor related?

Both - they have an NZ office, but ship from all over the world. Lots of electrickry type googies.

Just got a 400A fuse and holder from them for my Touran battery relocation  8)
