Notice the odometer doesn't say 0, but 7 hundred odd k's? Not a big deal, but the ad stated 0.

Hey boys, how many?..... seven. Although the guy with alfa 164's is proving very hard to get a hold of. If it falls through no big drama really. Just a pain.

New cars: Fiat marea wagon, it's 20v 2l and goes well - so i've been told ;D Need to pick it up from Auckland.
And add to the collection an alfa 156 2l twinspark, and what a car. Sounds awesome esp at 7k on the old rev counter >:D

Nope Scott tipo is still highly illegal but now can have some time spent on it in prep for the wellington dyno day.

gees your shed is sounding more and more like ours. The wellington Italian Castle. You need to move the alfa, to get the tipo to get to the marea to get to the 130 and so forth. I hear that mal, phils favourite person is putting a alfa 155 2.5 v6 into his 3dr tipo that he couldn't sell. i'll be having a tipo drop into my hands at the end of jan, could make something out of it lol.

Hay guys, just an update on my car.

Just got her back from the panel beaters / painters all fixed up for xmas. So i gave her a well deserved bath and took the opportunity of the good weather and went for a photo shoot out at one of the lakes, and this is what i came up with. Cheers.

Love that front on shot  8)

What did you have done at the painters?

124dude

The first day i had my car on the road about march this year, a mate of mine was getting out of the car and the wind caught the door and swung it right open breaking the door strop. At the time there was no physical damage only that the door strop had broken but after time a crack formed and a dent soon followed. It only dented the bog luckily, and what i saw coming through was the rain water actually reacting with the bog. So thought, its only gonna get worse so may as well get it done before xmas and keep your eyes peeled for a future edition of NZCC  ;)

124dude

already has graced the NZCC year book... i also get a name drop in the article, "...and his son scott has also caught the italian bug, he drives a restored fiat 124 Coup?".

i emailed alan last month in regards to the november edition with the two boys and there escorts who said they "restored" there fords when infact all they did was add bucket seats, quarter bumpers and a sound system. So thought i had to intervene and show them a real teenage resto lol. he said after xmas he will love to do a article on me and my car, trying to organise a mix story on me and lindsay lyons sons capri.
