Go Choppy! Sweet score and great work. Another good project to watch! VASK is ruling it - so many good cars on the go - unreal.  8)

Good stuff choppy. :) Drain that gearbox and see what sort of filth its running and put some good s**t in there.
Its the boxes that slow you down on those cars not the motors ;)
Are you going to do the sub frame bushes in nolethane? Dubstar said it was good.

You could fill via the speedo cable "hole" rather than the filler hole which is a pain in the arse.

yes that is a good idea but make sure the filler hole is open so you know when its full or look in the bookand put the correct amount in which is 2l I think. If the old oil is really really bad put some cheap engine oil in there and drive it then drain it again.

Another 16 valve for the track. I can,t wait for the next track day. Bring it on Choppy. Gear oil only in the gearbox please. Engine oil does not have the same shear properties of gear oil. The last gearbox that I stripped that had engine oil in it had bad wear on all bearings and gears. You could see that the oil could not stand the high loads
