What did you do to your VAG today?
« on: September 20, 2009, 03:41:44 PM »
I thought I'll start a new thread as I've seen this subject on the corrado forums and its been going for like 5 years.

What did you do to your VAG today?

20-09-09 -  Took my seats out today and replaced the plastic runners that clip onto the metal guides. Now my seats don't rock from side to side..

Installed my new leather gaiter for my handbrake and gearstick so looks much fresher than before. Finally a guy came around to check out my old reflex wheels and now they are provisionally sold. Next step to put on my estorils, perhaps next week. :)

Cheers

Good idea - I was just looking at a similar thread on VWVortex that was at hundreds of pages!

Yesterday I fitted my oil catch can and today I found some steel wool and cleaned up the exhaust tip :)

I discovered the Wagon has destroyed an inner diveshaft rubber boot so thats on the to do list.
I also got the VR6 up in the air, flushed the coolant ready to replace the oil cooler which is causing trouble. Fixed one of the electric window regulators with the secret fix.
