i think Rex is enjoying his new diesel skoda too much to be thinking too much of the ol yellow peril. You kinda get to "get your cake and eat it too" with a car like that eh Rex? Fantastic economy and not sooooo insanely fast that other partys dont get to upset ;) Rex has just told me he drove for 12hrs in his skoda :o I feel like dieing after about 4 in my diesel :-\ tho like his the economy is fantastic, I went to rotarua and around about 150kms more there and back to auckland on less than 1 tank, about $35. then ith a tail wind both ways went to just out of pauanui 45mins past thames (over the huge hill) and back for $10 :o ;D It didnt like that hill much tho and i had to pull over several times to let cars past and then redline it in 1st and 2nd to get the engine working enough to cruise at max power at about 40mph 8) classic :P i loved it :D
