the ass is always the essential part of an Audi.....

avant vs sedan....(who wants a boring old boot)....  ;)

type 85 vs 89....(that flat wall of the 85 was the first part of a coupe i ever saw when i went to one of the special stages of a rothmans rally in the Domain back in my teens...lust at first sight!!!)

so its all in the ass!!!

fortunately mine has 2...the rear end and the driver!!!!! ;)

nutter you sound pretty clued up on ur coups,is it possible to fit electronic window regs, the missus hates the fact you have to wind the dam thing up and down, and are faulty lights a common problem in the type 89's

I know a little bit about them, yes you can fit electric regs but you will need the wiring loom and switches to go with it, what lights are faulty? Headlight switches crap out every now and then just like on my 80 quattro :-X

easy now thats my missus ur talkin bout but ive told her that im  not going to fit the electric ones and afta a bit of a squable she got over it,its just that the drivers side window is not working and when you want the window down you have to lean over to the passengers  side and wind that one but i dont really care bout the windows when im drivin the car makes up for it.

Pulled the window regs out today, cables are broken, looked on etka and the cables are available ex germany at a cost of $310+gst each :o So I'm going to look at some other regs out of mk3's and try and repair them
