Hi all

I have a 97 A4 1.8 TQ and time has come for the timing belt etc to be changed. Is anyone able to recommend a decent place to take it and an approximation of what the cost would be?
I am in Auckland.

Thanks

europa on the strand in parnell did mine, not 100% but i think it was just over a G.
anyway, they're good blokes, don't fix stuff that doesn't need fixing.

i just assumed ccs or giltraps would charge more. probably worth calling for a quote.

There is a guy opposite my work who helps me with my targa car that seems to specialise in euros. Albany Car Clinic off memory, behind the testing station on Paul Mathews Road, Albany. A SA guy called Wayne.

Thanks for the input guys. Might go with Europa, seem like a good lot.
