Black B5 RS4 on trademe

interesting...  i'm half tempted to buy it to get the rims and sell it on.  although it looks like a crap market to be selling things.  (well things that people don't want  )

just been at the hospital as we've had our second child (yaye!) - another boy!  all good and healthy. 

but I did see a very nice RS6 C5 wagon.  not enjoying the size of our rs4 (too small) I'm now pretty keen on saving for it's big brother.  by the time I get some cash together I'm hoping they've dropped in price (and weeded out all the bad ones that have had poor maintenance and suspension probs.)

this black RS4, is now at Tristam European, Unless being sold by Tristram European on behalf.

It's just had all the rear end bushes and arms replaced. Close to a $3000. Supposedly.
Wondering if the 2nd cambelt has been done?

I emailed and asked the reply came back "Hi there no money owed on this , cambelt has been replaced with full service history giltrap audi, as well as brake rotors replaced no accident history sound tidy car."

If only he would accept $20k hehehe

Went and had a look at the car at Tristrams, as I was in the neighbourhood. They have it on the lot at $39k. Is this the same car as the TM one?

It's a little rough, showing it's age. There are plenty of stone chips (you'd think Tristrams would get them touched up!) and the interior is showing plenty of scuffs. So if you are fussy be prepared to spend a few dollars bringing it back up to scratch.

It still has awesome presence on the lot though, and not at all out of place with the newer machinery it is amoungst.

Sadly not, I phoned the guy in Sat he said he was busy all day but to call him Sunday to view, I called him Sunday and it was sold by one of the other guys at Tristram on Sat.  Kind of pissed off as I was free to look Saturday morning.
