"s4 interior"

probably referring to the /_/// logo (my avatar minus the "s4") on the steering wheel that every A4 has.

hence the "a4 s4" auction title.

Don't you just hate that sort of crap? Like the 80/90 with s2 badges that was on trademe last year!

Or the thousands of 'M' BMWs on the road.  Saw one at a car dealers the other day advertised as an M3 ???

They often come with the 'M' badge from the factory, if it was fitted with one or more options from the Motorsport catalogue. It's a different story though when an M3 or M5 badge is glued on  ::)

in sunny old SA, the E36 Motorsports were slower than the normal 318, some of the motorsport versions, were just cosmetic and made the cars too heavy!

if any SA member remembers Quarry rd Illegal Dragzzzz, there was a race once between a E30 which had an E36 M3 drivetrain but 316 badging, that took on a E36 M3.... the E36 M3 still won!
