She pushed out 200kw atw at 10psi so approx 10kw per psi of boost given 245kw at 14psi. Extrapolated out that means at 20psi it should be around 300 kw atw. But the story is really the torque mountain this thing produces  8)

I used to work with Young Dave as we called him at Coyle park where he did his apprenticeship.
He is such a good and hard working fellow. But is also a bit of a party boy and has a laugh.
You do not want to to be near him when he drops his guts tho, That's one thing I can never forget :-X
Its great too see him at work on all these fun cars its his dream job.

And Vert the car sounds like a 747 taking off.

Look forward to a grudge match between you and Nigel in that rocket ship TT he has at the drags >:D >:D

I'm surprised how little the engine moves around, quite impressed with those Black Forrest ind mounts.

So anyways the Cupra lip turned up a while ago and I had a go at fitting it at home, took the bumper off and started cutting the lip to shape but things didn't go so well..........
Just seemed like it was never going to fit and after thinking about it some more I gave up and just put the bumper back on, driving to work on the Monday I thought well the lip is pretty much trash now because I've already cut it so I might as well have another go at it  >:D

This time doing it at work where I have my tools handy I pretty much carried on shaping the front of it to match the lines of the bumper but in the end cutting the lip in half and fitting one side at a time was the only way, still pretty difficult even though I heated and re shaped the sides as much as possible.
Bit nerve wracking drilling holes in the bumper because if it didn't pan out then the holes would have ruined that!  ::)
Still............fortunately things worked out and has added another dimension to the front  8)

I think it has been said lots before, but congratulations on a job done so well and so professionally.

IMO that lip balances out the whole car and makes it look grumpy and purposefull 8) 8) 8) glad you had another crack at it!
