I like them, but I can't say I am 100% on them.......

I think both are as good as each other, and just me personally but I wouldn't want to run the centres the wrong way, unless both were wrong  ;D Although your idea with polishing is a decent one. Hmmmmmm just un-decided.
Too much power is almost enough.

I feel exactly the same way Barry, in some ways I prefer the other wheels.......... :-X

OZs for me too. LMs just doesn't look right on Jettas..

Still undecided, I like the LM's but the painted bolting lip on the front wheels bugs the sh*t out of me.
It makes them look different diameter front to back, especially with a dark colour like mine so I thought I'd take them apart again and chuck the center in the lathe this morning and machine the paint off that area  :-X
Went remarkably well and even managed to use the lathe to sand through the various grits smoothing the metal out making polishing a lot easier.
Its a huge improvement IMHO but we'll see what they look like mounted.
I'll roll with this for a while and see how they go, can always go back to what I had.......

That's a good idea!! That looks pretty good to me. Time to see what they look like on, I think a better photo would do it justice.

Both are nice sets of wheels but I really think the Ozs suit the car so well. It is such a smooth clean car that it doesn't need the more fussy wheel design of the LMs  with bolts and chrome, and also the Ozs show off the brakes better. Plus the design of the LMs make them look like much smaller wheels than the Ozs, especially when run with the centers behind the lip.

Yep both are polished and clear coated now so once dry I'll put them together for the 3rd time and hopefully the last  ;D
Agree, a better shot outside will do it more justice.
Have to say I like them a lot more now that the edge is polished but changing things around is what its all about, fu*king around with cars and wheels hahahahaaaa!

I did some measuring too between the 2, there's a 13mm offset difference (reverse mount LM) and then need an additional 7mm to clear caliper with the LM so 20mm overall just aint gonna work.

I like the LMs better, I think the polished lip goes so well with that blue.

Swaps for an S2K?

I'm a BBS LM fan-boy, but I reckon the O.Z's suit the car perfectly. Still, car looks damn good either way.
