Great to see the progress on the R would interested to know the costs breakdown, R's here with all the bits are 75 to 80k plus add what mods would take this to a 100k? I would say one he'll of a car with no factory warranty! Not sure if my balls are that big!

Great to see though and if my numbers come in I'll be in.

Hey bro, most of your stage 2+ hardware would swap staight over - Intercooler/High Pressure Fuel Pump/Intake.  So would just cost you the remap and exhaust (at least downpipe).

Had the "twins" out for a shakedown test on the weekend. Only 3/10ths separated the two at lakeside international raceway!

Bugger, the September edition has BFYB (Bang for your bucks) featuring the GTI, Golf R & GTD - and some of them do pretty well! Hopefully they won't be too far away.
