I drove a A3 3.2 quattro yesterday with DSG, not a bad car, lovely engine noise! The only problem with this car was the paddles on the wheel have packed up (the owner has a new wheel coming) and I found that the manual gear change was the wrong way round, push forward to change up, and back to change down, the exact opposite to the E46 M3 SMG that was at home last week.

"Launch control system: switch off ESP, make sure you're in Sport mode, press brake and accelerator simultaneously, hear the engine rev up to its 3200rpm torque peak, then release the brake.

Launch control sounds all good. Who quick would an a3 3.2 with dsg be to 100? Low 6's?
