A note is that the harder you set your car the quicker you will blow out shocks, even expensive ones.
I was told to only expect a few years out of my bilstiens.
One of them seized up at a track day and rattled along behind me at high speed. :P

I am now very happy with the way my golf rides I just want to reshell it so it don't crab. Freaks people out.

You can sort the crabbing by either slotting the beam mounts or use a 2 ton strop.
It may be a bent beam? I have a brand new one in my spares kit
You could measure yours against mine. (cock measuring jokes haha )
Get it caged Jem!

Ive done the bolt slotting etc, the beam is a new one that was fitted after it went sideways into a bank before I owned it.
Its the chassis. The new sheel I can hopefully get is way better anyway mines got rust and repairs everywhere.
And yea I will cage it.
I want to get the fiat going and sell that and then stick with my golf.........what was I thinking.............golfs are better than Fiats, tho I sort of got it as the fiat club does more but Blah I c ant have two cars....   I think Ive finally cured myself from dumb car buying impulses.
Gonna stick with what I have until I win lotto.
