we saved an old simca etoile from a similer fate from the side of the motorway about 20 years ago and got to spend about 5 hrs locked in a police questioning room for our efforts before they probly crushed it.

ahhh, the million dollar question !

The ignition has been removed and I was going to ask how hard are they to hotwire.  Only really need to find out if the trans is any good. Any ideas ?

It also has a weird blind in the rear shelf, and I see that I also have the clips in my car.  Are these any good or rare ?

Might pay for you to come round and have a jack.  It is going to be parta whatever happens, bummer because it has the manual sunroof.

easy to hot wire just like any car with its wires hanging out, your a westie you should know how just cross wires till lights come on then cross more till starter kicks in. All the 200 have that rear blind and they are a great idea I think.
