No its  an H valve. Apparently some lesser vehicles like SEAT and VW use these as a "race" valve as it has a better boost control profile than the newer ones    :angel:

H is actually the more aggressive valve between H and J. H gives u a bigger surge while J is smoother across the range but doesn't give u the kick in the pants the H does. both are the best valves in the range anyway so really depends on what u want :)
