your ecu unit may have gone.....these can be reconditioned ...go to auto electrician and get them to check it through decoder.

Mine is very sporadic turn the key and the light wont go off the next day it stays off, what would cause this? I was told i had a code relating to the speed sensors.

I repair them if you want a cheaper alternative to the auto electricians.

I should be able to get back into my lab with a soldering station by the end of this month.

It will be the ABS module solder joints as Vert said. I fix them for $150, including a modification to prevent the fault repeating - they have a poor design for the environment they are in.

I have had heaps of them repaired, $150 is a good price.
They normaly throw either a wheel sensor fault or a hydraulic pump fault, if you're getting charged 500-1000 you're getting robbed!!!

why ask for help and then go and do the opposite. 150 .00 is good price. 500 to 1 k is a rip off.
