All coil overs will pass a cert, (unless they are rooted) its just a bulls**t formality and a reason for someone to take your money.

just getting my head around cert  this stuff as ive never prepared a  car for one

i just remember  i have 8mm slip on spacers im guessing this is any issue? reason is my fronts touch if taken off

rears are fine

i dont want to put bolt  on bigger ones as this will push the wheel  out more :o

you guys got any suggestions or  help on spacer issue for cert?

Do you currently have the coilovers on your car? If not you often need a higher offset so the wheels will fit. This is often due to the thickness of the shock body and spring.

Someone else will know more about spacers, whats legal, whats not, and what needs a cert.

Slip on spacers still need to be bolted to the hub, the multi stud spacers are not legal.

coil overs are off the car moment . are you saying they might fit properly after fitting ? i hope thats what you meant  haha or you saying could result in me using a them still ?

Correct, as I stated before.
Yes slip on ones just require 1 screw to be threaded into the hub to secure it.
