The S001 primarily is used as an OE tyre.
The RE001 is not, and despite what a few of you may say , they are pretty rubbish. Hope the RE002 is better!

Funny you should say that, my 2002 Passat has RE001's I think they are RUBBISH, told the tyre guy after I had them on for a few weeks,  he reckoned I was the only customer he had that thought they were no good.
Has made the car twitchy in a straight line, does not seem to track and not that good in the wet IMO.
Need to replace rears soon, what do you recomend?

Just bought some Michelin Pilot sport 3's for the Commodore, like them so far.....nice and quiet too.

Just put F1s on the passat. Going great, and noticeable improve over the old P zeros which are stupid money.
