'89 100 ee WOF failure: "remedy play in LFrnt wheel bearing"

But i bet you can't... what hassles am i up for and does it mean new bearing time? Maybe a little bit about the procedure i'll be facing would be appreciated.... Thanks

nice one did you just have to tighten the nut or did you replace it?

Yes, it was an easy fix when i found nothing wrong with the front bearings but tightened the nuts on the rears when i found they were quite obviously sloppy. Returned the Testing Station and the testers spent extended time on it re-checking things and happially past it. I didn't question the frnt comment on the check sheet that they'd previously failed on.

Ahhh so they didnt fail your floppy rear wheel bearings, but they did fail your perfectly good front wheel bearing that they then passed later ::) Dont you love WOF inspectors :police:
