I'm always surprised at the state of some vehicles in trademe photos. I can understand not cleaning it if it's a hack car, but when you are selling something like this a vacuum and a clean would make a big difference to saleability. And I like the "hasn't done enough k's to have anything done to engine or transmission" ....it's done 210k , I'd feel nervous if you hadn't serviced the transmission by now ...

How about this Skoda Octavia RS Mk1 ad?

http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/skoda/auction-1126604163.htm

First of all its priced double its value.

Secondly: "132kw / 180 BHP - It's no accident to be the World's Fastest Production car in the 2.0L category!"

That ad is so full of FAIL, sort of seller who thinks their car is so awesome and commands $5000 more than it's worth... seriously would rather pay $2k more and buy a mk2

Such a beautiful car, but... whoever restored this must really love smoking to put in a cigarette lighter like that. Maybe there was just a hole in the dash that needed filling?  ::)

We have a 1936 Humber Super Snipe back in Namibia and it has a fairly similar lighter in the dash. Made out of bakelite and the if you light it more than once within a few minutes the black part gets too hot to touch.
