Interesting ,like comparing a horse and cart with the royal coach what ever outcome,ones is a real car and the other is a low tech ,poorly made dinosour,and i know that.
2 X mk3's(2 litre) ,one is auto parts car,
3 X Porsches 85,89 944's ,57 T4 powered speedster project
Another secret Porsche purchase looming ?
Audi a4 2003 quattro 1.8t avant,S-line 18in wheels lowered for sale soon
89 Corrado 1.8 kr, Stillato RX 17in wheels 205's.

Well if the silverado had road tyres, normal suspension and was in 4wd it would have pulled the touareg, the silverado has quite a lot more torque

So whats your point,the vw is a way better car period,come on man have a good friend with a toureg and my brother has a big pen#s truck like that no contest.

Point is, Silverado does not have all that so cannot outpull the Toureg, so the extra torque is in effect wasted.

 Was the silver not in 4 wheel drive?

I thought that was a bit risky too as there were a fair few forces at work, I know, I would have been standing well clear
