Finally got the Samco's fitted -found suspect oil leak.
« on: January 31, 2005, 10:41:08 am »
Finally got the Samco silicone inlet hoses (from S2Central/S2Forum) fitted yesterday: pretty straightforward job, but skinned a knuckle or two getting the insane twisty turbo outlet / bypass pipe combination in.

Noticed some fresh oil on sump which appears to be coming from somewhere low on side of block: anyone know where that may come from? (it's impossible to see the source without taking the radiator off).

From what I can see that oil pressure sender could be it. May just get garage to look at it as getting in there looks like a major job to me.
