Best place to find ED30 front lip?

Is there any possible way to find one of these? I don't mind forking out a decent price.  Obviously not going to pay an extraordinary amount, but OEM has it's pros as I've found in the past.

Want to find out before considering a Votex.

Tbh the votex lip is the way to go. Nothing special about the ed30 lip. Votex looks way better. On ebay u can get the POly urethane lip rather cheaply (about $200 NZD landed) and it takes knocks without much damage.
Or there's a guy that sells ABS plastic ones much like the stock material also about $200 ish.
Buying a genuine votex lip will set u back a few hundred then there's still shipping as well.

have you tried local?  I got a MK3 deep VR6 lip and a MK4 V64M lip from Platinum at way better pricing than those above

I was looking at the poly votex type lips on eBay. Cheapest I could find was about $200nzdlanded as Fizz said.

Anyone know how much dealer cost is?

I am after a genuine item because the fit is second to none. You get what you pay for. In my past experience knock offs or replicas just won't cut it.

I think I'll give the dealers a call tomorrow and see how much the ED30 is.

Failing that perhaps we could maybe sort out a group by for the Votex?

Not joking, it's also a 10 day wait from VW.

Do depends on how badly you want a genuine ED30 lip.
There is only about $100NZ savings importing the same lip if no customs or import taxes gets applied

That is expensive :0 - I'm trying to source a 2nd hand one from the states. Or may just have to settle for a votex! That 650 could go towards a tune..

FYI, I imported a cat-back from Canada and only paid around 180nzd shipping. Just declare it as a gift? Or does that not work anymore?

Sadly that seller seems to have closed shop and the prices have gone up to us$170/nz$220 so would have been good to pull the trigger on this back in May. Anyone have any local leads for votex or ed30 lips? Mine got damaged and I'm looking to replace it.

Not bad one of the screw holes is torn but easily fixed with some plastic weld. It's just a standard GTI lip though. The company I was talking about in the previous post also sells ED30 lips but never replied to my query about ordering 2 at the same time. In my experience if a seller has poor pre sale support they're even worse with after sale support so I'm looking for another supplier.
