Idle trouble.

Hi Guys, in need of some help with my abf

Having trouble with idle when i start the car.
It starts and idles really low then dies, after revving it for a few seconds its evens out and is fine.
Its really bugging me  Ive tried cleaning the MAF and a few other sensors, also cleaned out the spark plugs in case water got in there... I've recently changed my coolant flange and put everything back together as it was but i presume the problem has something to do with that 

Any advice on how to troubleshoot this will be much appreciated !
