I reckon the A2 is awesome, I like how the black roof meets with the rear window, the roof looks wicked.

I wounder how much they went for when new?

But read in reviews not so great a drive

Not sure how much new, as I understand they were all evaluation models, but dark TDI was early $40k's a year or so ago

Hi there i have worked 4 Audi as a tech 4 8 years and vw 4 5 years i came from the uk and was working on Audi there and the A2 was the worst car ever that many problems and if its a 1.4 mpi keep well away from it so many problems Ecu's,gearbox,etc and very big rattles from behind the dash as the dash frame welds crack this is why the A2 is no longer build very bad car hits u in the pocket big time

I think this is the UK Private Import A2 I heard about..

Seems pretty cheap.. 
The last one I remember for sale was at CCS about a year ago, it was $40k approx

I was going to bid on the thing, but someone MUST have beat me to it as the Auction closed Prematurely!

Anyone on here buy the car???

I am well gutted!! It was a 1.4 Tdi on 17 inch Alloys!
