Nice work Dan knew we passed this car on the the right new owner,IMO this was always one of the most original Golfs I have ever seen.

Cheers Dean, more power is defiantly next on the cards would love to do a 2 litre mate! Wheel specs are 15x8.5 RS's ET 8.6 wrapped in Falken 195/45/15's. Cheers for the positive feedback lads.

15x8.5s et8.6?! How do they sit under the guards? Do you get any rubbing? And how far off the struts n body are they in the front? I like that width!! And they look sooooo good!!  :D

It's actually not that bad, it rubs over large bumps if i have people in the car but rarely. My guards are pretty heavily rolled and inside of the flares are cut out so that helps alot. Wheels easily clear the struts so no problems there, and cheers dude pretty pleased with em myself (:

Interesting... what's it like on full lock? Misses everything? And the backs are the same ET?
I know they would be the most used wheels on mk2s, but there's a reason for that! I'd go RSs if I could afford them!

Yeah same specs on all four corners, slight rub on full lock when turning left but only catches where the flare is attached. Haha yeah never thought i'd own a set myself.
