Stock motor is good till about 500hp if you can keep the EGT's low.
At K04 power levels you will want to look into an updated clutch kit. In the region of $700-1000US.

Fueling kit will cost as much as your turbo kit.
Depending on turbo selection, will be the deciding factor on software to run.

Brake upgrade you can install the cayenne/touareg 6 pot brembo calipers. With a few options on discs.

On many turbo kit 500hp+ cons will be rebuilt bottom end.
Will add as I get more time.
Audi A4 DTM - K04 NZ New | All bolt-ons | Carbon Clean done
2012 MK6R Golf |Stage 3+ | Stage 4 DSG | Tuned & Built by HSP Tuning

Filx

What about the single turbo conversions, 034 was offering one from memory? Seemed like a lower cost and simpler option as you only have to buy one turbo.

These guys do some nice goodies at very competitive prices: http://sillyrabbitmotorsport.com

K24 RS6 hybrids $2k US
K04 RS4 hybrids $1.8k US

Well worth considering. Their side mount inter coolers are supposed to work very well.
