I can't say with 100% certainty because I don't keep records of cars selling prices, dates etc but I think this sold for sub 35k well less than a year ago.
LHD seems to kill the value here so the asking price is 15-20k over priced if compared to a RHD one.
Mine is LHD also but I don't care and in a lot of ways prefer it, one thing is for sure air cooled 911 prices continue to rise.

Yes. Always dreamed of owning a 993 C4S one day, but in recent times the market is telling me the dream is getting more distant.  :'(
