Rob, hows the wife handling all the car parts?

Also, is it worth while taking the fuel tank?

As long as the parts stay in the garage the wife is content.
The fuel tank is in great condition but looks a different size to the quattro one.
So I thought I'd just leave it there :D

That was quick

I'm sick of looking at it. It's not pretty and also I feel guilty for stripping a 29 year old Audi coupe.

Metal recyclers should be collecting the shell tomorrow. Need to get the garage sorted out so the Skoda can go back in there for a while.

Also I bought a pack of Dynamat in the 25% off sale at Repco :D

Start up one of those fund me pages. That's how people fund their builds these days isn't it?

I know you're not serious - but I don't know how people can do that - it seems to be a symptom of the latest generation - the attitude that the world somehow owes you the things you want instead of you having to work for them.

Same. It came up recently on another forum I'm on where a guy was asking if anyone would like to help his friend pay for his car that was uninsured and caught fire due to badly done electrics. Granted I've driven with no insurance but you can't cry about it and expect others to fix it when things like that happen. No morals these days.

When it's on the road I might have to make a choice between the quattro and the Skoda :o
