Have you lost the Brembo stickers?

Should I stick some on my Girling calipers?

Now, that is looking good.
Clean shiney parts going back on means the end can't be too far away.

Awesome stuff, Rob. You'll know every nut and bolt on your car when you're done!

Great stuff Rob, the paint makes it look pretty but all this work you are doing underneath will make it drive like a Quattro should.
Getting a lot closer now.

Excitement...followed by disappointment. I bought the wrong brake pads. Fail.

Been there, done that! Racebrakes in Auckland should have something suitable for reasonable money.

Took the brake dust shields off the GT rear beam. I was hoping to use them but they're quite different.

So I ordered a pair of new ones manufactured by Quattro Corner in the UK.
I also finally gave in and ordered a few things from Audi Tradition. Waiting for the call to pay duty on that stuff.

These look more like it! Thanks to speed.co.nz for getting them to me super quickly.

Rob try the front brake shields from the GT, they will be a lot closer.

Brand new stainless steel brake dust shields for the rear, from Quattro Corner. The quality is excellent.

Bit better than these:

Those replacements look a bit heavier than the originals... which appear to have been lightened somewhat  ;D

Got home to more presents. A box from Audi Tradition.

We have back brakes!
The lines seem a bit tight but they're slightly longer than the originals. Flexis are just test fitted for now.
