Tonight was the plan but I now have my daughter to look after. Trying to get her to go to bed so I can sneak down to the garage

Well I think that proves that sometimes a little lube is needed to do the job!
All back together and it holds pressure. Yay!
Except I put the power steering pump back in then realised I hadn't re-fitted the secondary radiator. Couldn't summon the energy to re-do that tonight as it's getting late.

Getting somewhere, only managed half an hour but I got the secondary rad back in and grille on so Rusty is looking good.
