hey guys i have a 95 1z tdi vento.i am looking to do an egr delete [can i blank it off? will this affect the waste gate?,down pipe and a hearty power chip. [anybody done this before] or know of anywhere local or best place to get the parts?can you even chip ecu on early 1z's?do they have a dpf? if so where should it be located?

DPF it about 10+ years into the future for you man.

You can delete the EGR.

Hi,

I think if you want remaping the ECU, you should EGR off and swap the injector nozzles before remaping (for example from AFN, AHF or ASV engines) 1Z are too small, about 45 mg of fuel only. Were are you from, I can help you.
