Hi guys
I would like to show you my tuned car Škoda Octavia 1,9 Tdi.
The stock engine AHF 1.9 Tdi 81 KW (110 HP)
I built a new engine. I used the stronger rods and the crankshaft from an ASZ engine. New all bearings, sealings, pistons rings, timing belt including water pump, better oil pump, clutch....

When the engine was built got brand new turbo GT1749VB

diesel pump with brand new plunger head 12mm.

injectors with brand new nozzles FB POWER PLUS 764

brand new FMIC with air conduit 60mm

finally was changed to 50mm and black comaxit

pointer of pressure in the interier

feed pump in the tank
and some another small stuffs

I used longer gearbox from Škoda Fabia Tdi. It is 5q but with longer gears. Octavia?s 5q is nearly same as Fabia?s 4q.

For front brakes I used the stock brakes 288mm from more power versions. Back brakes are hybrit. Disk 286mm are used from back brakes of Octavia II RS Tdi.

For comfort I set WEBASTO Thermo Top C 5KW with the clock and call start.

And finally I madea software for this components. The result was 196 HP and 400 Nm. Then I was thinking about software switch.
This was my first test version of switching.

In the end I have switcher in the interior of the car and I can choose from two versions. First ECO 170 HP and 360 Nm absolutely without smoke and second SPORT 196 HP and 400 Nm.

Do not be scared, this car was built in the Europe, this is reason, why driver?s seat is on the left side. Now I live in Queenstown  ;)

To Fizz:
Thanks man...
No, I did not bring my car. The driver?s seat is opposite and this is uncomfortable for driving here. I have had chance try... I left the car to my uncle. I am slowly looking for any Tdi car here in New Zealand and I can get here a nice stuffs from Europe. But it is hard for me. Not too many older Tdi and not too many manuals. Will see

Lomax

Nice, you should build one here, NZ needs more fast diesels  :)
