As always, new Year, new thread. Welcome to the 2017 edition of VASK spotting!

I spotted/followed a nice blue B8 RS4 down SH1 between Waiouru and Taihape today. Also saw Nik's face on a billboard south of Taihape! Haha

they have a new focus rs, new impreza sti and new 991.2 carrera on the yard.

and the imminent arrival of a low mileage, eu spec e30 m3 for $120k

Saw a yellow D2 S8 in Levin on Tuesday (Ash's old car?) and an orange Audi Cabrio on a trailer bring towed by a Tiguan on SH3 near Palmy on Wednesday.

Spotted a coupe quattro (maybe) parked just outside Waikanae Train Station.

It was black/charcoal, white ronal wheels and a white cage inside. Didn't get a good look at the rego but something like PF7xxx

Could be the ex-Stewart Motorsport quattro that was on Trade Me a few months back??

Stopped in to a cafe in Otane after the morning surf.
Stumbled across this line up.
"Petrol heads car club".
One of the old timers summed it up pretty good.
Basically you have to like cars anything really and be a good sort.
My pick was the fiat x 19 such a unique car.

Black late model RS6 on Lincoln road, gdamn, with the factory exhaust, they are just wicked, under the radar racing machines.

It was even quieter than the S8, but the acceleration was awesomeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.   >:D
