Audi 80 B1

Hello to all members!  Half a year ago I bought Audi 80 GL 1976 B1  :D . Would be great to see if any owners of B1 in here ? Thanks

Welcome aboard Tomson.

Great little car. I had an Audi 80 Fox GL in Australia - bought it in 1981. It was a brilliant little car, very well constructed and had that nice low sill glasshouse feel that the 70s cars had.

i remember a guy down here having an orange 80 gt back in the 80s.

Plans are to restore it . Major rust been fixed , now replacing windscreen rubber seals . It's a bit hard to get parts for it . Would be great if someone here has some parts . Engine runs but choke setup missing from carburetor.  Any ideas where can I get Solex carburetor parts or buy one ? I'll try to upload pictures of my 80 . Thanks

Welcome to the forum.
Looking forward to seeing some pics.
The easiest way to get pics up is to load them into a picture hosting website like photobucket and then just insert the links into the forum. Click on the Mona Lisa above and put the URL between the img quotes.  The limitations on picture upload sized here are pretty strict.

 Click on the mona lisa above your compose message screen It will give you the img quotes you need then just paste your URL between them. Or you can just click the IMG box in photobucket to copy the full relevant URL
So it should lookl like this
