So I am looking for a good clutch kit/Flywheel for my Jap import A4 1996 model.

EFORTISSIMO Racing ( I emailed this company just checking before ordering, but I am getting told my 1996 if different to the 1997 model?)

Not much at present, just starting a bit of a project. maybe 300kw towards the end on the build though...
wanting to get away from the dual mass flywheel though.

All 1.8t take the same clutch and flywheel, there is no difference between years.

If you are going to make 300kw get a 240mm kit.

Buy the cheapest one around for now as if youre aiming for 300kW you need all the coin you can muster. And if its a way off yet theres no point trying to work up a Stage 4 clutch with 110kW you have now.  Waste of tech and money. Youre going to have the engine out again at least once so its not as if you wont be looking at the clutch again.

Thats what I was thinking... cheap clutch to start with.
Is 110kw what they came out with? had my A4 since 2005. ran a real slow time at Meremere and smoked the cltuch back then...
Only had it a week before exhaust, air box and boost was added...200 odd km later and she still goes..

I think the stock air box is very good, not much point to remove unless doing MAF delete and going stand-alone ECU. AEB is 110kw stock.
