I saw this online last week, apparently handprints etc on car paint work will damage the paint and is virtually impossible to remedy once its on the car. I know it annoys me on the inside of the car on armrests and door pulls etc but I never knew it damaged paint work, has anyone else seen this online?

Ermmm little late for that. I will make them wear latex gloves in the summer before they get in....yeah that will be easy

Only way I found to get rid of the prints is to use some polishing compound. Start with Turtle Wax Scratch and swirl remover, then polish, then some new wax to protect your paint. The wife's car gets this all the time in summer.
