Looking at getting a new exhaust for my RS4 early next year, I have ordered some Wagner Tuning cats and am looking at a super sprint cat back.

Has anyone got any experience between res and non res as I was thinking about getting non res but don?t want a drone monster or it being excessively loud

Cheers

On my RS4 I?m running a resonated supersprint cat back exhaust with standard down pipes. It?s pretty easy to live with but these things are subjective. I did put some sound deadening in the boot. Once the exhaust coked up a bit it seemed to settle down more too. I think milteks are easier to source in nz though?

Thanks Le Mans

Was looking at buying directly from Supersprint

I did the same. The shipping was bonkers expensive though.

Really,  on the supersprint website when you go through the checkout it only comes to 175 euro for shipping, did they ping you for more after you ordered?

le mans

That's much better than what I paid. They might have reviewed their shipping contracts. I bought mine around six years ago.

depending on where O2 sensors are, will probably need remap.
2000 S4, MTM stage 1, Oettinger RE's, Bilstein Sports, Vogtland springs, H&R Swaybars, DBA 4000 rotors, EBC Yellow stuff pads, 710N DV's, F1 tints, RS4 clutch

Ended up going with a Miltek non res cat back system with the Wagner cats, just had it all fitted and pretty happy so far, not excessively loud and no drone, sound really comes to life in the upper rev range when giving it some stick ;)

Nice one! Where did your source the Wagners from?
