Anyone had this problem? Just had my car lowered today and makes a clunking noise when i go over bumps. Any experience/solutions?

I think everyone will need more info to make an educated guess:

Was it lowered somewhere dodgy or reputable?
Is the spring brand reputable?
Are they the correct lowering springs for the car model?
Lowered how much?
Are the shocks the same or shorter ones fitted?
Were the bushes tightened AFTER the car settled to the new ride height?
Are the bumpstops a suitable length for the amount lowered?
Is the clunk front or back?

As far as the noise:
Is anything hitting underneath, like sway bars or driveshafts on each other, or on other items? You can sometimes see witness marks.
Were the top mounts replaced?
Were the drop links replaced?
Are the shocks new, or stuffed?
Was it put everything back together properly? tighened correctly? Stretch bolts replaced (where applicable)?
Are all the plastic covers underneath tight? (they sway bar can hit them, if they're loose and move)

I'm going to go on a limb here and guess you have H&R springs installed.
It's good practice to replace top hats with new ones when installing lowering springs also.
