Could be interesting. I kinda like Rory though so it's a shame he's getting bumped from the main show.

Seems to have stepped sideways rather than jumping or being pushed? People have a variety of interests and/or opportunities and he may have found something that suited him better - the press release suggests he may only be available on a part time basis?
These are my thoughts and opinions - sometimes I'm wrong, but not often ;-)
