hi i'm wanting to convert my mk2 jetta from 4x100 to 5x100 but keep it narrow track width. i read that you can press in mk3 vr6 or gti 5x100 hubs into mk2 carriers then use the vr6 or gti outer cv. so ive brought some vr6 hubs and i have some new 239x20 vented 4x100 rotors which i was planning to redrill but the outside diameter of the vr6 hub is bigger then the inside diameter of the brake rotor. are there different sized 5x00 mk3 hubs? where have i gone wrong? or am i better of redrilling my 4stud hubs and discs?

just use the 5 Stud spindles and drill the right holes in the A Arms to take the 5 Stud style ball joint.

I was going to start a new thread  - but have similar question.

Anyone know if any of the MK3 model compete driveshafts  - needs to include both inner and outer CV's would be straight swap into a MK2 GTI ?
