On "Spark", a head's up warning - I had a call a couple of days ago from a "Spark" technician, with a thick middle-east accent, about my Spark modem sending out spam (I'm on Vodafone...) and they asked me if the lights were flashing (it has an OSD), I was playing them along but they must have caught on and dropped the connection - if you get a similar call you can hang up, ask them if the M$ scam is no longer working, or play them along so they aren't trying to scam some other person who might fall for it.

"Spark will launch its Spark Sport app in early March, in time for the Melbourne Grand Prix on the 14th to 17th of that month"

"Speaking exclusively to the Herald, Spark Sport head Jeff Latch said the app would cost $19.99 per month."

"Meanwhile, Spark will be covering its bets with the Melbourne Grand Prix - which will be offered live then on-demand via the Spark Sport app, but also broadcast live on TVNZ's Duke channel."
