Audi 200 electric front seats

Hi. Can anyone possibly tell me why there is a sticker on the front part of the steel frame under the front seat that says "Caution, Do not touch the tube"?
It just seems to be a part of the seat frame, its black and dosn't seam to have any wiring going to or from it.
Any help greatly appreciated.
