Mk1 golf

Just wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this diesel mk1 on trade me.

Are they asking to much? Is it good condition for its value/age? Etc

It’s my old car. Its defiantly a good body and the engine went really well when I had it. From memory I did water pump timing belt and most gaskets. When I sold it was still in original paint has surface rust but was a really good body. I think it had two 20cent size holes
