Going back to the 'production' bit - it's one thing to use a vehicle with plan to build many more, but surely there is a minimum number that must have been built first, because otherwise it may be just another small manufacturer that has a blaze of glory before disappearing? This company looks like it has the experience base, financing and resources to do as it claims, but the verified minimum number of actual vehicles still applies.
