Looking at replacing my B8 A4 with a slightly newer B8 S4 with low kms. Anything I should know about re servicing, issues, brickbats and bouquets?

Oil consumption can vary, gearbox expensive to fix, front suspension bushes flog out and there are lots of them so gets expensive, electronic shocks expensive.  MMI versions vary.

Get a decent warranty.
