mk4 r32 front bumper

couldn't really find much online helpful, but am repainting the front bumper soon and need to figure out if it's plastic , fibreglass or metal, i'm quite positive it's metal but could be wrong, cheers

Its not metal, its a plastic base like most cars these days. If you get a 2k epoxy paint mixed in black pearlescent you should be good to go.

Yea man definitely ABS plastic if its OEM. Only replicas are fibreglass.
