Does anyone know who sells the correct Mk6 headliner fabric in Auckland? the light grey variety.
I'm going to redo our one as it has started to sag at the back corners.

LeMans fabrics in Wellington has the best material by miles.
Bit of advice, DO NOT use spray can contact adhesive.

Thanks for that.
What issues have you encountered with spray contact adhesive?
I replaced the head liner in my wife's old A4 Avant and used Scotch 77 (from a can) and had a very good result. Comes out clear and a really fine mist, not the brown clumpy spatter of Ados F2.

Did you get this sorted ? I had mine recently redone by headliner heaven on the shore. Nice as dude working out of his garage. He charged me $250 for the recover. I managed to get $200 off  the ($450 full price) by doing the install and removal myself. Well worth getting a professional to deal with all the glue and mess if you ask me.

Yes, I completed the job myself.
Bought the fabric from Le Mans in Wellington which cost $221 plus a couple of cans of the high temp Ados contact glue.
The finished result is great.
The hardest part was getting all the trim off, especially around the electric sunroof controls as there were two sneaky wee screws that played hard to find.
$450 is very cheap when you know how long it actually takes for the whole job.

Hey team - instead of starting a new thread, thought I'd bump this.

Will a MK5 headliner definitely fit a MK6?

Many thanks.
